Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :17\/12\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              ------------------------------------\n                       W.P.(C) 37170 of 2007\n             -------------------------------------\n                      Dated: December 17, 2007\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Ext.P1 is an application filed by the petitioner under section<\/p>\n<p>166 of the Motor Vehicles Act in which interim compensation has<\/p>\n<p>been sought under section 140 also.             The complaint of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is that orders have not been passed on the request for<\/p>\n<p>interim relief. In view of this, the writ petition has been filed.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Now that the petitioner has sought relief under section 140<\/p>\n<p>of the Act, it is    necessary that the Additional Motor Accidents<\/p>\n<p>Claims Tribunal, Mavelikkara, before whom O.P.(MV) 835\/2006 is<\/p>\n<p>pending, passes orders on the interim prayer.<\/p>\n<p>      3. Accordingly I dispose of this writ petition directing that the<\/p>\n<p>request of the petitioner for interim relief made in O.P.(MV)<\/p>\n<p>835\/2006 on the file of the       Additional Motor Accidents Claims<\/p>\n<p>Tribunal, Mavelikkara, shall be considered         as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate, within six weeks of production of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) 37170\/2007<br \/>\n                          Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>this judgment.
