Khaspuria, Additional Government Counsel for the State. \nSmt.Anita Agrawal for Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board \nShri Prahalad Singh for the private respondents. \n\nBY THE COURT:-\t\t<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tLearned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while petitioner has been denied experience of ad hoc service rendered by him on the post of Assistant Engineer to count towards the eligibility of five years for promotion from the post of Assistant Engineer to Executive Engineer, such experience in the case of other similarly situated persons has however been  counted. If that be so, petitioner shall be free to make a representation to the respondent-Board.
