Lakshman Paswan, son of Baldeo Paswan, resident of Bariahi Harijan Colony, p.s.\n         Bangaon, District-Saharsa.\n                                                                           .....Opposite Parties.\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/        01.07.2011                      Heard       learned        Counsel       for      the<\/p>\n<p>                              petitioners and learned Counsel appearing on<\/p>\n<p>                              behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           The    petitioners          are    aggrieved       by<\/p>\n<p>                              the     order      of         taking     cognizance         dated<\/p>\n<p>                              31.01.2008,        which       has     been    challenged       by<\/p>\n<p>                              learned Counsel for the petitioners by filing<\/p>\n<p>                              a     revision       which       was     disposed        of     on<\/p>\n<p>                              16.06.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           Learned Counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                              submits that after investigation of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                              the police submitted final form. On the basis<\/p>\n<p>                              of the protest, order taking cognizance has<\/p>\n<p>                              been passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           There       is    prima     facie    case      under<\/p>\n<p>                              Sections 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                              Code    against      the       petitioner      and     as     such<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            cognizance has been taken and the revisional<\/p>\n<p>            court   confirmed   the   case       against   the<\/p>\n<p>            petitioner.
