Reason mistake i.e. Name, Address and Age in the form even when the form was filled\n        correctly.\n    2. Name, address of the persons to whom Ration Card had been issued on Appellant's E-\n        44\/C-92.\n    3. Reasons for not submitting corrected form by the FSC office even after repeated visits.\n\nPIO's Reply:\n   1.    Making of cards is done by the Company and their staffs.\n   2.&amp;3 Appellant is asked to submit card form, then after error would be removed.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory information.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority:\n\"The respondent states that the amendment has been made and he may collect the BPL ration\ncard on any working day during the office hours from the circle office.\"\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nInformation sought was not provided.\n Relevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Robert Jacob;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. D. K. Agrawal, APIO &amp; FSO;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The appellant points out that he has been trying to highlight the issue of one Mrs. Mobina<br \/>\nBibi w\/o Mr. Shekh Zubed who has been shown as a residence in his house in the electoral roll.<br \/>\nHe believes that her ration would also be showing his house in her card.
