    counsel for the petitioner submitted that, this<\/p>\n

\n‘3,._y_gdlspropolrtionate\ufb01 to the known source of income and submitted
\n~ was an amount derived out of a sale<\/p>\n
  of one of the property which is also subject matter of
\n  and for which there is clear account shown in the<\/p>\n
 statement and on account of appreciation of the value of the<\/p>\n
property, the property was sold at higher price and it cannot<\/p>\n
