In the facts and circumstances of the<br \/>\ncase, it is expected that the investigation shall be completed<br \/>\nwithout any further delay, and final report be submitted as<br \/>\nexpeditiously as possible, preferably by 30th November<br \/>\n2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observation and direction, petition \tis disposed of<br \/>\naccordingly. &#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above observations and directions, no further order is<br \/>\nrequired to be passed in the present petition.
