Counsel\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0has\u00a0ventilated\u00a0so\u00a0many\u00a0grievances\u00a0about\u00a0<br \/>\nthe\u00a0cancellation\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0allotted\u00a0house\u00a0merely\u00a0because\u00a0somebody\u00a0else\u00a0is\u00a0<br \/>\nresiding\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0house\u00a0allotted\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner.\u00a0Basically,\u00a0it\u00a0is\u00a0prime\u00a0duty\u00a0<br \/>\nvested\u00a0in\u00a0respondent\u00a0no.\u00a03\u00a0to\u00a0allot\u00a0peaceful\u00a0possession\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0house\u00a0in\u00a0<br \/>\nquestion\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner.\u00a0Prima\u00a0facie,\u00a0it\u00a0appears\u00a0that\u00a0initially,\u00a0somebody\u00a0<br \/>\nelse\u00a0i.e.\u00a0respondent\u00a0no.\u00a04\u00a0was\u00a0alloted\u00a0the\u00a0house\u00a0in\u00a0question.\u00a0Subsequently,\u00a0<br \/>\nit\u00a0was\u00a0found\u00a0by\u00a0respondent\u00a0no.\u00a03\u00a0that\u00a0respondent\u00a0no.\u00a04\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0at\u00a0all\u00a0an\u00a0<br \/>\nemployee \u00a0of \u00a0the \u00a0private \u00a0entrepreneur \u00a0 and \u00a0therefore, \u00a0his \u00a0 allotment\u00a0was\u00a0<br \/>\ncancelled \u00a0 and \u00a0 again \u00a0 the \u00a0 house \u00a0 was \u00a0 allotted \u00a0 to \u00a0 the \u00a0 petitioner, \u00a0 but,\u00a0<br \/>\nrespondent\u00a0no.\u00a04\u00a0is\u00a0still\u00a0residing\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0very\u00a0same\u00a0house\u00a0for\u00a0no\u00a0fault\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\npetitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.     It \u00a0 appears \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 petitioner \u00a0 was \u00a0 alloted \u00a0 the \u00a0 house, \u00a0 deposited\u00a0<br \/>\nrequisite\u00a0money\u00a0as\u00a0per\u00a0Annexure\u00ad8\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0memo\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0present\u00a0petition.\u00a0<br \/>\nThus,\u00a0for\u00a0no\u00a0fault\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner,\u00a0the\u00a0allotment\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0house\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0<br \/>\ncancelled.\u00a0Nonetheless,\u00a0it\u00a0is\u00a0submitted\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0counsel\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0<br \/>\nthat\u00a0even\u00a0if\u00a0respondent\u00a0no.\u00a03\u00a0will\u00a0allot\u00a0any\u00a0other\u00a0house,\u00a0he\u00a0has\u00a0no\u00a0much\u00a0<br \/>\ngrievance\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0ventilated\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0writ\u00a0petition\u00a0and\u00a0he\u00a0is\u00a0ready\u00a0to\u00a0withdraw\u00a0<br \/>\nthis\u00a0writ\u00a0petition,\u00a0if\u00a0another\u00a0house,\u00a0similar\u00a0in\u00a0nature\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0same\u00a0price,\u00a0<br \/>\nwith\u00a0the\u00a0same\u00a0terms\u00a0and\u00a0conditions\u00a0and\u00a0without\u00a0compelling\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0<br \/>\nto\u00a0deposit\u00a0any\u00a0further\u00a0amount.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>6.
