No.33703 of 2010\n                                       KULDEEP MEHTA\n                                               Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      10\/02\/2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 No doubt, case is lodged by the Officer-In-charge,<\/p>\n<p>                      Police Station-Amba, Aurangabad and there is no eye witness to<\/p>\n<p>                      the occurrence. Wife of the deceased is there only to incriminate<\/p>\n<p>                      anyone in which connection she states that in the morning on call<\/p>\n<p>                      of this petitioner, deceased left his home and in evening also told<\/p>\n<p>                      about his remaining in company of this petitioner. If deceased had<\/p>\n<p>                      any criminal incident of remaining accused in ten cases that never<\/p>\n<p>                      can exonerate liability of his killer.
