RAMKUMAR, J.\n                 .........................................\n                        B.A. No.5777 of 2010\n                ..........................................\n                         Dated: 27.09.2010\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner, who is the 3rd accused in Crime No.842\/2010 of<br \/>\nKarunagappally Police Station for offences punishable under<br \/>\nSections 420 and 468 read with 34 I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<br \/>\nnature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioner<br \/>\nto surrender before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of<br \/>\ninterrogation and then to have his application for bail considered by<br \/>\nthe Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioner shall<br \/>\nsurrender before the investigating officer on         07.10.2010 or on<br \/>\n08.10.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and             recovery of<br \/>\nincriminating material, if any. The petitioner shall thereafter be<br \/>\nproduced before the Magistrate concerned and file an application<br \/>\nfor regular bail. On being convinced that the petitioner has been<br \/>\ninterrogated by the police, the Magistrate shall preferably on the<br \/>\nsame date on which the application is filed, release the petitioner on<br \/>\nbail on the petitioner executing a bond for Rs. 15,000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\nfifteen thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<br \/>\namount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate and subject to the<br \/>\nfollowing conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No. 5777 \/2010                 -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation<br \/>\n             by   furnishing    his  specimen   signatures    to  the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2.    The    petitioner     shall  report    before  the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n             Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.   The petitioner shall make himself     available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.    Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper<br \/>\n             with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             5.
