SHAILA DEVI, WIFE OF DINESH RAI\n                                   Versus\n                                       STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   07.09.2010                Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                    State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                    offence under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                    Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering that the petitioners are the cousin<\/p>\n<p>                    mother-in-law and the mother-in-law of the deceased and there<\/p>\n<p>                    is no specific overt act against them, let the petitioners above<\/p>\n<p>                    named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                    5,000\/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                    amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court<\/p>\n<p>                    concerned to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                    Samastipur, in Patori P.S. Case No. 100 of 2010 subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                    following conditions: (i)That one of the bailors will be a close<\/p>\n<p>                    relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving<\/p>\n<p>                    genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor<\/p>\n<p>                    will undertake to furnish information to the Court about any<\/p>\n<p>                    change in address of the petitioner. (ii)That the bailor shall also<\/p>\n<p>                    state on affidavit that he will inform the court concerned if the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner is implicated in any other case of similar nature after<\/p>\n<p>                    his release in the present case and thereafter the court below<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        will be at liberty to initiate the proceeding for cancellation of bail<\/p>\n<p>        on the ground of misuse.
