The same was ready on<br \/>\n23.5.2007 and it was obtained on 14.6.2007. Thereafter, it appears<br \/>\nthat some time has been consumed in obtaining or getting opinion from<br \/>\nthe office of District Government Pleader and thereafter, it appears<br \/>\nthat the files have moved from one department to another department<br \/>\nin thinking process to prefer First Appeals. This thinking process<br \/>\nappears to be true and genuine for condonation of delay.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tAs<br \/>\na cumulative effect of the reasons stated in the Civil Applications,<br \/>\nthere are reasonable reasons for condonation of delay. Even otherwise<br \/>\nalso the reasons stated in the Civil Applications are not<br \/>\ncontroverted by the respondents. In view of the aforesaid facts, the<br \/>\ndelay caused in filing First Appeals against the judgment and award<br \/>\npassed by the trial Court, is hereby condoned.
