Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :10\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI,J.\n                      -------------------------\n                  W.P ( C) No.32304 of 2008\n                      --------------------------\n            Dated this the 10th November, 2008\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner is offered for one time settlement of the<\/p>\n<p>amount due from him has been accepted by the<\/p>\n<p>Corporation. They required him to pay an amount of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>3,55,000\/- in full and final settlement of the dues which<\/p>\n<p>otherwise was stated to be an amount of Rs. 7,54,695\/- as<\/p>\n<p>on 1.10.2008.      Obviously, there are no grounds to<\/p>\n<p>interfere with Exhibit P7. Petitioner prays for time to pay<\/p>\n<p>the amount and pleads his inability to raise the amount<\/p>\n<p>within the time limit granted under Exhibit P7.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I heard V.B..Unniraj, learned standing counsel<\/p>\n<p>for the Corporation also.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    In the result, petitioner may forthwith hand<\/p>\n<p>over the demand craft, a copy of which is marked as<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit P8 along with writ petition, at any rate, on or<\/p>\n<p>before 17.11.2008. Balance amount of Rs.2,55,000 along<\/p>\n<p>with interest thereon as mentioned in Exhibit P7 shall be<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No.32304 of 2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>paid on or before 15.12.2008. If such payment is effected, it<\/p>\n<p>shall be treated as discharge of the liability of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>incurred with the Corporation.
