Srivastava, Advocate\n                                  --------\n3\/8.3.2010<\/pre>\n<p>             As prayed, petitioner is permitted to implead the Director,<br \/>\n           Panchayat Raj Officer, State of Jharkhand, Ranchi, as respondent no.<br \/>\n           6, in course of the day.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Regarding arrears of salary claimed by the petitioner prior<br \/>\n           to 15.11.2000, it is said in the counter affidavit that necessary steps<br \/>\n           have been taken to obtain allotment and on receipt of the same,<br \/>\n           payment will be made.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       With regard to monitory benefits arising out of Time<br \/>\n           Bound Promotion, and grant of A.C.P., it is said that due to some<br \/>\n           irregularity in the petitioner&#8217;s promotion earlier and      due to non<br \/>\n           mention of relevant facts in his service book and non-verification of<br \/>\n           his fixation of pay, certain objections were raised, which were<br \/>\n           complied by the answering respondent and now the matter is<br \/>\n           pending before the Assistant Director, Ranchi           with regard to<br \/>\n           confirmation of petitioner&#8217;s 2nd time bound promotion and as soon<br \/>\n           as the confirmation is received, petitioner will be paid the entire<br \/>\n           benefits arising out of it.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       In the circumstances, the Director, Panchayat Raj Officer,<br \/>\n           Jharkhand, Ranchi ( respondent no. 6) is directed to see that the<br \/>\n           legally payable arrears of salary        and monitory benefits   of Time<br \/>\n Bound Promotion is given to the petitioner. If any claim is found not<br \/>\nlegally payable, reasons thereof should be communicated to him. This<br \/>\nexercise should be completed within six weeks from the date of<br \/>\nreceipt\/production of a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>            It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the<br \/>\nmerits of the claims of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>            With these observations and directions, this writ petition<br \/>\nis disposed of<\/p>\n<p>                                          ( R.K.
