In this<br \/>\nconnection, he has listed various queries in his application. The PIO has given<br \/>\nreply vide letter dated 25.07.2007 by which he informed him since he repaid the<br \/>\nentire loan along with interest his account was closed. When State Bank of India<br \/>\n(&#8220;SBI&#8221;) approached the Bank regarding the account status of the appellant, the<br \/>\nBank has given NOC after closing the Kisan Credit Card Account to enable him<br \/>\nto avail fresh loan from SBI. Now the point at issue is the appellant is stating he<br \/>\nhas not closed the account he has only requested for the status regarding<br \/>\nwhether any loan amount is still outstanding. During the hearing, the Chief<br \/>\nManager has stated that one can avail loan only from one Bank and since the<br \/>\nappellant has availed loan from State Bank of India against the same land for<br \/>\ncultivation of papaya he is not entitled for enhancing this Kisan credit card loan in<br \/>\ntheir Bank. Moreover, the appellant has also repaid the entire loan and they have<br \/>\ntreated the loan as closed and provided NOC to the State Bank of India. In view<br \/>\nof this, I direct the CPIO to obtain a copy of the letter which has been sent to SBI<br \/>\nin which Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank has given no objection to the appellant to<br \/>\nsecure any loan from State Bank of India. The appellant is also quite aggrieved<br \/>\nthat the State Bank of India has made a reference to Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank in<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                             1<\/span><br \/>\n respect of other four\/five accounts, wherein the Branch Manager has stated that<br \/>\ntheir account is running smoothly and in his case the Bank has given NOC.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     The main grievance of the appellant is that these account-holders were<br \/>\nable to obtain loan from both the Banks whereas he was deprived by the Bank<br \/>\nfrom enhancing the Kisan Credit Card account since he has availed loan from<br \/>\nState Bank of India. The appellant has also not filed any appeal before the First<br \/>\nAA since the Branch Manager has not given the particulars of first AA. However,<br \/>\nsince the AA also attended the hearing I direct him to collect the records from the<br \/>\nBranch office and go through the records in which the Branch Manager has<br \/>\nprovided recommendation in respect of various accounts and satisfy himself<br \/>\nwhether the Branch Manager has carried out the work in a satisfactory manner<br \/>\nand the appellant should also be informed of the action taken in the matter. I<br \/>\ndirect the first AA to file his reply within 15 days regarding the action taken in the<br \/>\nmatter.
