Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :17\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.18386 OF 2010 (W)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 17th day of June, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner   is   a    Junior    Medical     Consultant    in Radio<\/p>\n<p>Diagnosis\/Radio Therapy. By Ext.P4 order he has been transferred<\/p>\n<p>from Niranom and posted to Kollam. According to the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>his first option was for Kozhencherry and it is overlooking his<\/p>\n<p>option, he has been posted to Kollam.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Learned Government Pleader has obtained instructions in<\/p>\n<p>the matter. According to the learned Government Pleader, though<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner had opted for Kozhencherry as stated in the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition, since there is no          infrastructural facility to post a<\/p>\n<p>consultant in his specialty he was not posted. It is stated that as<\/p>\n<p>soon as infrastructural facilities are provided in the District Hospital<\/p>\n<p>Kozhencherry, petitioner&#8217;s option will be considered and suitable<\/p>\n<p>orders will be passed in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
