As far as the latter<\/p>\n<p>grievance is concerned, it is submitted that the principal amount<\/p>\n<p>has already been paid and the surviving grievance is only with<\/p>\n<p>regard to interest. That the petitioner may pursue before the civil<\/p>\n<p>court.
