A raid was carried out by<br \/>\nrespondent no.3 herein- P.S.I. Shri P.B.Zala. Pursuant to this<br \/>\nincident, an inquiry was initiated against the respondent no.3<br \/>\nherein, wherein the present petitioner was also examined by the<br \/>\nInquiry Officer. After that, the present petitioner submitted an<br \/>\napplication dated 21.2.2011 and prayed for providing information<br \/>\nregarding the decision, if any, taken by the competent authority but<br \/>\nno reply is received till today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\nrespondent no.2 &#8211; Police Commissioner, Rajkot is hereby directed to<br \/>\nlook into the matter and  take appropriate steps.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tWith<br \/>\nthe above direction, this petition stands disposed of.
