KRISHNAN, J.\n\n\n       ------------------------------------------------------------------------------\n\n                           Writ   Appeal  No 591 of 2007\n\n       -----------------------------------------------------------------------------\n\n\n                             Dated:        6th  March 2007\n\n\n                                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Radhakrishnan, Ag. C.J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       Appellant   has   approached   this   court   challenging   Ext.   P13   order<\/p>\n<p>passed by the Government.     Government after considering all the aspects<\/p>\n<p>of   the   matter   found   that   the   appellant   has   participated   in   the   auction<\/p>\n<p>representing   the   majority   of   the   shareholders   and   not   on   his   individual<\/p>\n<p>capacity.   Government  rejected the argument  of the appellant that if all the<\/p>\n<p>members   in   the   group   are   joined   change   of   management   can   be   effected.<\/p>\n<p>Taking note of all the aspects of the matter Government allowed the appeal<\/p>\n<p>filed by the fifth respondent and quashed the order of the Director of Public<\/p>\n<p>Instruction and the Deputy Director of Education was directed to scrutinise<\/p>\n<p>the bylaw submitted on merits and approve the same if otherwise in order.<\/p>\n<p>Learned single judge found no infirmity in Ext. P13 order.  In  the facts and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WA 591\/07                                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>circumstances   of   the   case,   we   find   no   reason   to   take   a   different   view.<\/p>\n<p>Learned single judge is justified in rejecting the writ petition.
