Further it is also stated that<br \/>\ncriminal case has also been preferred against the erring officials.<br \/>\nLearned Counsel appearing for the petitioner referred to Annexure-AA<br \/>\nreport.  Respondents would also take further follow up action on the<br \/>\nbasis of the report dated 4.2.2006.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npetition is disposed of accordingly.
