No.11017 of 2011\n                            PRADIP MAHTO\n                                 Versus\n                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   18.04.2011           Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                   case registered under Sections 307, 393, 323, 337,<\/p>\n<p>                   324, 353, 147, 148, 149, 314 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                           The accusation is of causing disturbance in<\/p>\n<p>                   official discharge of duty by the police personnel<\/p>\n<p>                   who arrived at the place where two persons were<\/p>\n<p>                   beaten during an attempt to kidnap a minor girl.<\/p>\n<p>                           It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner that the accusation is general in nature<\/p>\n<p>                   against the mob. Moreover the other accused<\/p>\n<p>                   persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this<\/p>\n<p>                   Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 43976 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering the aforesaid facts, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner namely Pradeep Mahto, in the event of his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest or surrender before the Court below within a<\/p>\n<p>                   period of 12 weeks from today, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                   Magistrate, Bettiah, East Champaran at Motihari in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Ghorasan (Jharokhar) P.S.
