\norder of this court which has  meinitioned that
\nthe petitioner has failed to   as per the

\nto declareivtthe  vehiclie in Form No.30 with
\nnecessary docurnents of the vehicle to<\/p>\n
obtain ex_evn1ptii’o’nV_Viof Therefore, he submits that the<\/p>\n
 of”Vth’e apetitioner shoiild not be entertained.<\/p>\n
 In thisiipetition what is being noticed is that the<\/p>\n
.i_.i’.fj;prayer of” vvthe petitioner is that the matter may be<\/p>\n
 by allowing her to produce the documents<\/p>\n
iitiibeforei the learned Magistrate to demonstrate that the<\/p>\n
W<\/p>\n
is<\/p>\n
vehicle was not in use. The requirement as per the<\/p>\n
Notification is that the non~use of the vehicle-‘jou’ghtv.,4to<\/p>\n
have been intimated immediately just prior to: <\/p>\n
of the vehicle by paying the require’d\u00bb–\u00abfee.\u00ab’_:  the it<\/p>\n
petitioner has not made any u’jsu.ch applicatio:_i’~–.,forVV<\/p>\n
exemption.\n<\/p>\n
7. Hence, in   to the
\npetitioner to  the matter has
\nalready  petition and based on
\nthe  thewpetitioner, it is inevitable
\nfor the the tax within six months and<\/p>\n
if such arnountcis deposited, the petitioner shall be<\/p>\n
 to producellthel documents before Magistrate and<\/p>\n
lcorigestee   Or else, the order of the Sessions<\/p>\n
—   Judig\u00bbe:_lrej_ectinlgl.the application shall stand con\ufb01rmed.<\/p>\n
V  Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay<\/p>\n
it  ‘taxdwithin six months, in View of the order of this Court,<\/p>\n

such deposit, the petitioner is entitied to produce the
