Initially, according to old policy dated 4.6.2004, the<br \/>\nrespondent authorities shall have to consider the case of the<br \/>\npetitioners but, that policy has been amended by another GR dated<br \/>\n8.8.2006. Therefore, according to petitioners, it having adverse<br \/>\neffect  to the right of inter district transfer of the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tTherefore,<br \/>\nit is open for the petitioners to make detailed representation to the<br \/>\nrespondent authorities about application made by petitioners for<br \/>\nInter District Transfer within a period of 15 days from the date of<br \/>\nreceiving the copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tAs<br \/>\nand when respondent authorities receive representation from the<br \/>\npetitioners for Inter District Transfer, it is directed to the<br \/>\nrespondent authorities  to consider the seniority of the petitioners<br \/>\nas well as consider the length of service and genuine circumstances<br \/>\nfor inter district transfer on the basis of the policy dated 4.6.2004<br \/>\nand 8.6.2006 and then,  pass appropriate reasoned order in accordance<br \/>\nwith both the policies within a period of one month from the date of<br \/>\nreceiving the copy of this order and communicate to the petitioners<br \/>\nimmediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIn<br \/>\nlight of the above observations and directions, present petitions are<br \/>\ndisposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.\tHowever, in<br \/>\ncase if ultimate decision is adverse to the petitioners, it is open<br \/>\nfor the petitioners to challenge the same before appropriate forum in<br \/>\naccordance with law.
