Justice A.K.BASHEER\n\n Dated :05\/09\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n               K.S.RADHAKRISHNAN &amp; A.K.BASHEER, JJ.\n\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                                    W.A.No.198 OF 2002\n\n              - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                   Dated this the 5th day of September, 2007\n\n\n                                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Radhakrishnan, J<\/p>\n<p>       This   appeal   is   against   the   judgment   of   the   learned   Single<\/p>\n<p>Judge of this Hon&#8217;ble Court in O.P.No.11693\/99 which was allowed<\/p>\n<p>in   terms   of   the   directions   issued   in   O.P.22648\/97.       Against   the<\/p>\n<p>judgment   in   O.P.22648\/97,   Writ   Appeal   2847\/00   and   connected<\/p>\n<p>cases were preferred.  Division Bench of this court in its judgment<\/p>\n<p>dated   1st  October,   2002,   dismissed   the   Writ   Appeal   2847\/00   and<\/p>\n<p>connected cases and granted similar benefits to them in the light<\/p>\n<p>of  the  directions  in  the  judgment   in  O.P.22648\/97.    Appellants   in<\/p>\n<p>this Writ Appeal filed appeals before the Supreme Court and those<\/p>\n<p>appeals   were   dismissed   for   non-prosecution.
