The<br \/>\npetitioner will file usual undertaking within a period of four weeks<br \/>\nfrom today to the effect that  he will hand over vacant<br \/>\nand peaceful possession of the premises in dispute to the respondent<br \/>\non or before 31.08.2012 and will pay the rent of the suit premsies on<br \/>\nthe 10th<br \/>\nday of every month and also to pay<br \/>\nmesne profit as directed by both the Courts below till the vacant and<br \/>\npeaceful possession<br \/>\nof the suit premises is handed over to the landlord.<br \/>\nIt is made clear that the undertaking will be filed by the petitioner<br \/>\nafter approval of Mr. S.M.Shah, learned advocate for the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nCivil Revision application stands disposed of as withdrawn.  Notice<br \/>\nis discharged.
