Union of India &amp; Ors.\n\nDate    Of    Order    ::   16\/07\/2010\n\nHon'ble Mr. Justice Ajay Rastogi\n\nMr. Mahendra Singh Gurjar, for petitioners.\n\t\tThis is joint petition filed by 17 petitioners with the grievance that their names have been duly notified in the gazette, copy of which has been placed on record and as per the judgment of the Apex Court till the final adjudication takes place by the Labour Court\/Tribunal interim order passed by the Apex Court on 3.5.1999 shall remain in operation.\n\t\tCounsel submits that matter is still subjudice with the Labour Court and in these circumstances, the respondents are under obligation to consider candidature of the petitioners on preferential basis in reference to advertisement dt.20.2.2010.<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tIssue notice to respondents, along with a copy of this order, as to why the petition may not be disposed of at the stage of admission, returnable by four weeks.
