Considering the facts and<br \/>\n\tcircumstances, the appropriate cost would be Rs.2,500\/- for each of<br \/>\n\tthe respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>Under<br \/>\n\tthese circumstances, the delay is condoned on condition that the<br \/>\n\tapplicant pays the cost of Rs.2,500\/- to each of the respondents,<br \/>\n\twithin a period of three weeks from today.  After the amount of<br \/>\n\tcompensation is paid, the condition shall stand complied with and<br \/>\n\tthe applicant shall be at liberty to move this Court for hearing of<br \/>\n\tthe O.J.
