Replication to the written statement<\/p>\n<p>filed by respondents No.3 and 4 is taken on record.<\/p>\n<p>Civil Writ Petition No.5525 of 2008<\/p>\n<p>            Present writ petition was filed against Chief Administrator,<\/p>\n<p>Punjab Urban Development Authority.<\/p>\n<p>            It is not disputed that for managing the affairs of Urban<\/p>\n<p>Development in Ludhiana, a new authority viz. &#8216;Greater Ludhiana Area<\/p>\n<p>Development Authority&#8217; has been constituted.
