(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             Notice of motion.\n<\/p>\n<p>             On the asking of the Court, Mr. G. S. Attariwala,<\/p>\n<p>Additional    AG,   Punjab   accepts   notice     on   behalf    of   the<\/p>\n<p>respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>             The petitioners, who claim themselves to be the<\/p>\n<p>victims of 1984 riots, seek a direction for issuance of Red-Cards<\/p>\n<p>so as to enable them to get facilities\/ help\/ grant\/ compensation<\/p>\n<p>in terms of the Government Policies issued from time to time.<\/p>\n<p>             It is the petitioners&#8217; case that petitioner No.1 had a<\/p>\n<p>furniture shop in Delhi in the name and style of &#8216;M\/S A.G.<\/p>\n<p>Furnitures&#8217;, 202\/20, Onkar Nagar-B, Tri Nagar, Delhi-35. The said<\/p>\n<p>business was allegedly lost in the 1984 riots.
