He was  remaining present on all occasions.<br \/>\nHowever, subsequently  he was put  under   detention under PASA due<br \/>\nto which, he  could not attend the court.  Later on, upon his<br \/>\nrelease, he was not aware about the case date because of which,<br \/>\nthough not in custody, he could not attend the Court case on<br \/>\n18.11.2010.   As a result of which, the learned  Magistrate has<br \/>\nissued non-bailable warrant.  Counsel for the petitioner assured the<br \/>\nCourt that the petitioner  shall remain present  before the learned<br \/>\nMagistrate on the next date of hearing and on all the subsequent<br \/>\nhearing unless specifically exempted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tOn<br \/>\nthe above assurance, non-bailable warrant issued by the learned<br \/>\nMagistrate is canceled on condition that the petitioner shall remain<br \/>\npresent before the court on the next date of hearing which is stated<br \/>\nto be 18.2.2011 and on subsequent dates  unless exempted.    The<br \/>\npetition is disposed of accordingly.
