Justice P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON\n\n Dated :18\/02\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n               P.R RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n                       -------------------------\n                    W.P (C) No.5346 of 2010\n                       --------------------------\n              Dated this the 18th February, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Being aggrieved of Ext.P1 order, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>approached the 2nd respondent\/appellate authority by filing<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2   appeal   along   with     Ext.P3     petition for stay.<\/p>\n<p>Notwithstanding the pendency of the said proceedings, the<\/p>\n<p>respondents initiated the revenue recovery proceedings under<\/p>\n<p>the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, as borne by Ext.P4 recovery<\/p>\n<p>notice, which forms the subject matter of challenge in this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p>     3.    Considering the facts and circumstances, the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent is directed to consider         and pass appropriate<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P3 petition for stay, in accordance with law, as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible.
