Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :15\/10\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n               ---------------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C) No.468 OF 2006\n               ---------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 15th day of October, 2008.\n\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner approached this Court aggrieved by Exhibit P2<\/p>\n<p>stop memo in the matter of construction of a residential building<\/p>\n<p>on the ground that the same is unauthorised. According to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, Exhibits P3 and P4 applications for assignment are<\/p>\n<p>pending before the first respondent.<\/p>\n<p>      2. There will be a direction to the first respondent\/<\/p>\n<p>competent authority to take up for consideration Exhibits P3 and<\/p>\n<p>P4 and take appropriate action in accordance with law thereon,<\/p>\n<p>with notice to the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6, within a<\/p>\n<p>period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
