Heard       learned    counsels           for    the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The    petitioner     is     apprehending        his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in a case registered under Section<\/p>\n<p>                   420\/34 of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is alleged against the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   that he used to share the money from the<\/p>\n<p>                   beneficiaries of &#8220;Indira Awas Yojna&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>                               During      investigation,      it       appears<\/p>\n<p>                   that     some    witnesses      have     supported         the<\/p>\n<p>                   prosecution case but the beneficiaries have<\/p>\n<p>                   denied the accusation.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The new trend has developed that in<\/p>\n<p>                   the Indira Awas Yojna&#8217;s money, the persons<\/p>\n<p>                   who are authorized to sanction and disburse<\/p>\n<p>                   the money, they are not held responsible but<\/p>\n<p>                   some irrelevant persons naming them to be<\/p>\n<p>                   middlemen       are   being   involved     to       save   the<\/p>\n<p>                   skin of responsible persons.<\/p>\n<p>                             Let     the   Superintendent         of    Police,<\/p>\n<p>                   Nalanda, fix the accusation in the case with<\/p>\n<p>                   regard    to     actual    officers      and     panchayat<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        representatives who sanctioned and disbursed<\/p>\n<p>        the money.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>        the petitioner above named be released on<\/p>\n<p>        bail    in    the    event        of   arrest     or    surrender<\/p>\n<p>        before       the    learned        court    below       within     a<\/p>\n<p>        period       of     twelve        weeks     from        today     in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Ekanagar Sarai P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>        71     of    2010       on    furnishing        bail     bond     of<\/p>\n<p>        Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>        of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>        of the learned A. C. J. M. Hilsa, (Nalanda)<\/p>\n<p>        subject to the conditions as laid down under<\/p>\n<p>        Section      438(2)          of    the     Code    of    Criminal<\/p>\n<p>        Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     It    is       submitted      by     Mr.    Dashrath<\/p>\n<p>        Mehta, learned counsel for the State that<\/p>\n<p>        investigation is going on and it is expected<\/p>\n<p>        that the petitioner will co-operate during<\/p>\n<p>        investigation.
