Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :22\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n             ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                     W.P.(C) No. 9694 of 2010 J\n             ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n            Dated this the 22nd day of September, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           The diseased writ petitioner filed a claim before the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent which is forwarded to the third respondent. In this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition, what is sought for is a direction to the third respondent to<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on his claim.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Though learned Government Pleader contended that,<\/p>\n<p>the claim is inadmissible on merits, having regard to the facts of<\/p>\n<p>the case, I think it appropriate that the third respondent shall take<\/p>\n<p>a decision on the claim raised by the petitioner. This, the third<\/p>\n<p>respondent shall do, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.
