This Court<br \/>\n\thas passed an order confirming the sale in favour of the applicant<br \/>\n\tvide order dated 20.12.2007. Thereafter, further order was passed on<br \/>\n\t7.3.2008 granting time upto 22.10.2008. Though the applicant has<br \/>\n\tprayed for extension of time for six months Mr. M. G. Nagarkar,<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate appearing for the respondent No.2 has submitted<br \/>\n\tthat the time may be extended for three months on the condition that<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner will pay rent of Rs.50,000\/- p.m.  <\/p>\n<p>\tHaving regard to the<br \/>\n\tfacts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions<br \/>\n\tmade in the petition and the submissions of the learned advocates<br \/>\n\tfor the respective parties, the time is extended for three months on<br \/>\n\tthe condition that the petitioner will deposit sum of Rs.50,000\/-<br \/>\n\tp.m. aggregating to Rs.1,50,000\/- with the Official Liquidator on or<br \/>\n\tbefore 31.10.2008.  The applicant is directed to hand over the<br \/>\n\tpossession, after removal of all moveable assets, as per order of<br \/>\n\tthis Court passed earlier, on or before 22.1.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis report is<br \/>\n\taccordingly disposed off.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           (K.\n<\/p>\n<p>A.
