Bhatt, learned advocate waives the service of notice of rule<br \/>\n\ton behalf of the  respondent No.1 who is main contesting party.\n<\/p>\n<p>Present<br \/>\n\tapplication is filed by the applicant ?  original applicant for<br \/>\n\tsubstitution of the  original applicant and to amend the cause title<br \/>\n\tof the main Revision Application by incorporating the name of one<br \/>\n\tBabubhai S. Patel, Junior Officer of Gujarat State Cooperative<br \/>\n\tHousing Finance Corporation Limited as custodian of the society in<br \/>\n\tplace of the then custodian Shri Shamlabhai Kalidas Patel.\n<\/p>\n<p>Mr.Bhatt,<br \/>\n\tlearned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent  has<br \/>\n\tsubmitted that in the facts and circumstances of the case and in<br \/>\n\tview of the changed circumstances, he  has no objection if the<br \/>\n\tprayer in terms of para 13[A] is granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the above and in the facts and circumstances of the case,<br \/>\n\tapplication is allowed.
