Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :24\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                  ==================\n                    W.P.(C).No. 17682 of 2008\n                  ==================\n              Dated this the 24th day of June, 2008\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner challenges Ext.P1 order passed by the<\/p>\n<p>Tahsildar,    Kozhencherry, in proceedings under the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>Protection of River Banks and Regulation of Removal of Sand Act,<\/p>\n<p>2001. In view of the allegations in the writ petition, the learned<\/p>\n<p>Government     Pleader   submits    that   the   respondents   are<\/p>\n<p>withdrawing Ext.P1 order and fresh orders after affording an<\/p>\n<p>opportunity of being heard to the petitioner would be passed.<\/p>\n<p>This is recorded and the writ petition is closed.
