(C) No. 10527 OF 2010\n                 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Dated this the 26th day of March, 2010\n\n                               J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           The petitioner is a Staff Nurse under the Health and<\/p>\n<p>Family Welfare Department.                This writ petition has been filed<\/p>\n<p>challenging Ext.P2 to the extent it orders transfer of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>from Thrissur to Malappuram District.                       The contention of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is that a transfer from Thrissur District to Malappuram<\/p>\n<p>would entail loss of seniority as she being a direct recruit to<\/p>\n<p>Thrissur District.      Further it is contended that on account of<\/p>\n<p>availability of open vacancies in Thrissur District in the category of<\/p>\n<p>Staff Nurse there is absolutely no necessity to transfer the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner out of Thrissur District.                  Raising such claims    and<\/p>\n<p>contentions the petitioner has preferred Ext.P4 representation<\/p>\n<p>before the second respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.  The second respondent is competent to look into the<\/p>\n<p>grievances raised by the petitioner as per Ext.P4. As the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is a direct recruit to Thrissur District it will only be appropriate to<\/p>\n<p>accommodate her in Thrissur District itself in case open vacancies<\/p>\n<p>are available. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 expeditiously, at any rate<\/p>\n<p>WPC.No.10527 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>     This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>                                   (C.T.
