Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :20\/08\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.26588 OF 2010(W)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 20th day of August, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners&#8217; grievance is regarding his placement in the<\/p>\n<p>Administrative    Cadre.    According      to    the   petitioner on the<\/p>\n<p>implementation of the Rules governing Specialty Cadre, though she<\/p>\n<p>had initially opted for placement in the administrative cadre,<\/p>\n<p>subsequently she submitted Ext.P4 option opting for placement in<\/p>\n<p>the general cadre. However, he has been placed                    in the<\/p>\n<p>administrative    cadre     and     therefore     he    submitted  Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>representation before the 2nd respondent.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Having regard to the above, I dispose of this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>directing   the 2nd respondent to consider the grievance of          the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner highlighted in Ext.P8. Orders shall be passed as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible and at any rate within 8 weeks from the<\/p>\n<p>date of production of a copy of the judgment.
