In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction<\/p>\n<p>to the first respondent to consider and dispose of  Ext.P5 petition filed by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners within  a reasonable time,  at any  rate within  60  days  from the<\/p>\n<p>date   of   receipt   of   a   copy   of   this   judgment.
