Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned<br \/>\nGovernment Advocate appearing for the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The grievance of the petitioner as set out in the affidavit<br \/>\naccompanying the writ petition, is to the effect that the petitioner is in<br \/>\noccupation of 0.650.5 Hectares of land in Survey No.3\/32 and cultivating the<br \/>\nsame, for which she approached the respondent for issuance of patta, but it<br \/>\nevoked no positive response.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In this factual matrix, the following direction is issued:<br \/>\n\tWithout in any way deciding as to whether the petitioner is entitled to<br \/>\npatta or not, I would like to direct the respondents to consider the<br \/>\npetitioner&#8217;s representation dated 15.07.2008 and dispose of the same on merits<br \/>\nand in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of<br \/>\nreceipt of a copy of this order after giving due opportunity of being heard to<br \/>\nthe petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
