P. MUKERJI\n  Date : 8th June, 2011.\n\n\n                                     Ms.Sutapa Sanyal,Adv. for the petitioner.\n\n\n\n                  The Court : According to the petitioner the learned Arbitrator\n\nhas not apprised them about the exact date on which the award was sent and\n\ndelivered by him to the award debtors. Therefore, an execution application\n\ncannot be made. Hence this Court should direct the sum held by the Receiver to\n\nbe handed over to the petitioner.\n\n                This kind of an order cannot be passed at all as that would\n\namount to circumventing the procedure prescribed for execution and usurping\n\nthe powers of the executing court.\n\n                Hence I dispose of this application by directing the learned\n\nArbitrator to furnish to the petitioner all details of the date when the award was\n\nsent and delivered to the respondents within three days of receipt of a copy of<\/pre>\n<p>this order. If the award has not been served by the Arbitrator, he should<\/p>\n<p>forthwith serve the same on the award debtors within two weeks from date and<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>furnish all the details of such service to the petitioner within three days<\/p>\n<p>thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 All parties concerned are to act on a signed photocopy of this<\/p>\n<p>order on the usual undertakings.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                               (I.
