SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                   ------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) No.21684 OF 2010\n                  -------------------------------\n             Dated this the 13th day of July, 2010\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this writ petition, the State is challenging Ext.P2 order of<\/p>\n<p>the Kerala Lok Ayukta on the ground that the Lok Ayukta does<\/p>\n<p>not have jurisdiction to decide the issue raised in the complaints<\/p>\n<p>before it, which have been disposed of by Ext.P2.<\/p>\n<p>     I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, in view of<\/p>\n<p>the fact that Ext.P2 order is dated 5.7.2007, the State has not<\/p>\n<p>been able to give any sufficient explanation for the long delay of<\/p>\n<p>three years in approaching this Court challenging Ext.P2 order.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed on account of<\/p>\n<p>unexplained delay and laches.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        S.
