I<\/p>\n<p>have talked to the parties.     The parties agreed to settle the<\/p>\n<p>dispute. Accordingly, the defendant in the suit agreed to execute<\/p>\n<p>the sale deed in favour of the 2nd plaintiff or her nominee. As per<\/p>\n<p>the terms of settlement, the plaintiffs agreed to pay an amount of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.18,00,000\/- (Rupees eighteen lakhs) towards additional sale<\/p>\n<p>consideration.    There is a dispute regarding the extent of<\/p>\n<p>property.   As per the agreement in question, the extent of<\/p>\n<p>property is 9.1 cents. The learned counsel for the respondent<\/p>\n<p>submitted that the actual extent is only 7.7 cents. The adjoining<\/p>\n<p>property also belongs to the defendant. If the extent is lesser, it<\/p>\n<p>is agreed that the sale deed can be executed for an extent of 8.5<\/p>\n<p>cents by adding some portions of the adjoining property.
