Following       the      aforesaid        order,      the learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader states that the State Government has<\/p>\n<p>already recommended the case of the petitioner and has<\/p>\n<p>forwarded the necessary papers to the first respondent for<\/p>\n<p>consideration.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Accordingly, it is ordered that the first respondent<\/p>\n<p>will do the needful at the earliest having regard to the fact that<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner is nearing 90 years of age.<\/p>\n<p>      Writ petition is ordered accordingly leaving open the<\/p>\n<p>other issues.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                 (THOTTATHIL B.
