In the said proceedings, notices were issued to\n\nthe petitioners. The 2W5 respondent has passed an<\/pre>\n<p>I<br \/>\n:3;\n<\/p>\n<p>_ 3 _<br \/>\ninterim order as per Annexure&#8211;A directing the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners not to obstruct respondent <\/p>\n<p>drawing the transmission line on their <\/p>\n<p>aggrieved, the petitioners have -filed. this\n<\/p>\n<p>2. I have heard the Vleairned counsel <\/p>\n<p>3. It is evidenttiromt materials on record that<br \/>\nthe 15* respiondent has  &#8216;adpiet-i.ti&#8217;oVn nnder Section 164<br \/>\nof Electificitif.[\u00a7ict3l.2:0&#8217;0if3-._read&#8211; ikilitlli Section 16 of Indian<br \/>\nTelegraph   of obstruction said to have<br \/>\nbeen &#8220;&#8216;c.ai1sed-._  petitioners for drawing the<\/p>\n<p>transmission , iine over their land. In response to the<\/p>\n<p>  issued by the 2nd respondent, the petitioners<\/p>\n<p> ihagz\u00e9  before him on 24.8.2010. On that day,<\/p>\n<p>they sought time to file their objections.
