{"id":113085,"date":"2010-05-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-05-03T18:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.com\/judgments\/narmada-prasad-choudhary-vs-bank-of-india-on-4-may-2010"},"modified":"2017-08-19T01:46:23","modified_gmt":"2017-08-18T20:16:23","slug":"narmada-prasad-choudhary-vs-bank-of-india-on-4-may-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.legalindia.com\/judgments\/narmada-prasad-choudhary-vs-bank-of-india-on-4-may-2010","title":{"rendered":"Narmada Prasad Choudhary vs Bank Of India on 4 May, 2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"docsource_main\">Madhya Pradesh High Court<\/div>\n<div class=\"doc_title\">Narmada Prasad Choudhary vs Bank Of India on 4 May, 2010<\/div>\n<pre>                                   1\n\n\n\n\n                            W.P No.5342\/2010\n04.05.2010\n\n        Petitioner Narmada Prasad Choudhary present in person.\n\n        Heard on the question of admission and interim relief.\n\n        The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by order\n\ndated 10.10.2009 by which the appellate authority has imposed a\n\nmodified punishment upon him.\n\n        As is evident from a perusal of Annexure P-5 dated\n\n22.01.2010 the petitioner has already approached the authorities\n\nwith a request to review the appellate order dated 10.10.2009 and\n\nthe said application is still pending decision before the authorities.\n\n        In such circumstances, as the petitioner has already availed\n\nof the alternative statutory remedy available to him, the petition filed\n\nby the petitioner is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to\n\npursue the review application filed by him on 22.1.2010.\n\n        It needs no emphasis to state that in case the petitioner\n\napproaches the authority for early decision on his revision the\n\nauthority shall consider the request and take a decision thereon\n\nexpeditiously, in accordance with law. To enable the respondent<\/pre>\n<p>authority to do so, a copy of the order passed today alongwith a<\/p>\n<p>copy of the petition be furnished on the authority by the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>        With the aforesaid liberty, the petition stands disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>        C.C as per rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                  ( R.
