It is stated in the communication that the fact of the<br \/>\nhouse having collapsed is verified.  It is also stated in the<br \/>\ncommunication that as the convict will be at village Gediya and not<br \/>\nat Surendranagar, no breach of peace is apprehended.  It is also<br \/>\nstated that wife of the convict &#8211; Madinaben is residing in a<br \/>\nhut in village Gediya.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of that, the application is allowed.
