The        petitioner&#8217;s        husband   died      on<\/p>\n<p>                  6.7.2010, while he was posted as Assistant<\/p>\n<p>                  Engineer         in      the    Building         Construction<\/p>\n<p>                  Department,         Government       of    Bihar.    She     has<\/p>\n<p>                  prayed        for        directing        the     respondent-<\/p>\n<p>                  authorities         to   settle      entire     retiral    dues<\/p>\n<p>                  such     as    Family       Pension,       Gratuity,       Leave<\/p>\n<p>                  Encashment,           payment   of     arrears      of     D.A.,<\/p>\n<p>                  G.P.F. amount etc. It has been stated that<\/p>\n<p>                  even after expiry of more than five months,<\/p>\n<p>                  no step has been taken by the respondents to<\/p>\n<p>                  redress the grievances.
