Shah from the array of respondents.  Permission, as<br \/>\nprayed for, is granted.  The respondent No.3 &#8211; Shri Shantilal<br \/>\nB. Shah shall stand deleted from the array of respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tBy<br \/>\nthis application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 91 days<br \/>\ncaused in preferring Civil Revision Application Stamp No.83\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tHeard<br \/>\nMs. Vachha Desai, learned advocate for the applicant.  Despite<br \/>\nservice of rule, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tA<br \/>\nperusal of the averments made in the application indicates that the<br \/>\ndelay that has occasioned in filing the above referred civil revision<br \/>\napplication had been sufficiently explained.  In the circumstances,<br \/>\nthe application is allowed.  The delay of 91 days that has occurred<br \/>\nin filing Civil Revision Application Stamp No.83\/2011 is hereby<br \/>\ncondoned.
