Punia, Advocate\n           for the petitioner.\n\n           Mr. Raveesh Kaushik, AAG, Haryana\n           for respondent-State.\n\n                                 *****\n<\/pre>\n<p>JORA SINGH, J (ORAL)<\/p>\n<p>           The present petition has been filed under Articles<br \/>\n226\/227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of writ in the<br \/>\nnature of Habeas Corpus with a roving writ, for the release of<br \/>\ndetenues as mentioned in Para No.6 of the petition from the illegal<br \/>\ncustody of respondents No.2 and 3.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit<br \/>\nof Chander Parkash, District Magistrate, Jhajjar and the same is<br \/>\ntaken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>           According to reply, none of the alleged detenues was<br \/>\nfound to be in illegal custody of respondents No.2 and 3.\n<\/p>\n<p>           It has also been stated by learned counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner that the present petition has become infructuous as all<br \/>\nthe alleged detenues have since been released.\n<\/p>\n<p>           In view of the abovesaid reply and statement made by<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the petitioner, no further action is required to<br \/>\nbe taken at this stage.
